This article is just a speculation about what could happen, but it sounds very promising if the 5th movie is the final one to end the saga. In that case they really need Charlie Roan back so Elizabeth needs to be in it as the President of the United States. WOW! How cool would it be? She was a senator running for the White House, but in this movie she could actually be the President.
According to creator James DeMonaco, The Purge 5 will be the final movie of the series.
The Purge 5 release date: When can we expect it?
Universal has confirmed that the fifth movie will be released on July 10, 2020 in US cinemas, but there’s not yet a confirmed UK date.
The movie is currently untitled, although maybe if DeMonaco says is true, perhaps we can expect something along the fate-tempting lines of The Last Purge or The Final Purge.
The Purge 5 plot: How did we leave things?
Chronologically, we can expect The Purge 5 to follow on from The Purge: Election Year as The First Purge was, as the title suggests, a prequel to the entire series.
Election Year ended with anti-Purge US Senator Charlie Roan (Elizabeth Mitchell) winning the US Presidential election in a landslide, despite the attempts of the New Founding Fathers of America (NFFA) to kill her during Purge night.
So could the fifth movie follow her attempts to end the Purge once and for all? That certainly seems to be the way it’s going, but it seems unlikely that we’ll have a Purge movie without an actual Purge.
“I have it in my head. I think it’s a great way to end it all. We want to end it all, I think, in this one, and I’m very excited,” DeMonaco – who’s written all four movies and directed the original trilogy – said of the idea for the fifth movie.
“When I came up with the idea and pitched it to everybody, they seemed psyched, and I think it will be a really cool ending, how we take this one home.”

We found this nice article about Juliet for the 10th anniversary of her death which still hurts and it will keep doing that forever. It was the most unacceptable death of the show. She deserved better, more than anyone else and even if we loved the finale of the series, we think that Juliet deserved at least a closure with Ben and mostly a scene with her sister. Lost failed in that.
We pasted here the parts of the article more about Elizabeth’s performance. Some “jury” also failed in giving her the recognition she deserved, because yes, the fact that Liz never won an Emmy for her mind-blowing performance as Juliet is a crime against humanity.
I’m Still Not Over the Day Lost Killed Juliet
We waited years for Lost to give us “The Incident” – only for it to kill off one of its best characters.
On the tenth anniversary of Lost’s Season 5 finale, Chris Feil looks back at the lasting legacy of Elizabeth Mitchell’s Juliet and the night she left us.
[..]To understand the full impact of Juliet’s role in the Incident, of course, we have to talk about her late-breaking romance with Sawyer (Josh Holloway). Here was perhaps the most contentious piece of Juliet’s character trajectory. On paper it made little sense; at best it felt like a cop-out solution to the love quadrangle they shared with the headlining heroes Jack (Matthew Fox) and Kate (Evangeline Lilly). And yet much to our surprise, we believed it (perhaps we can credit that to Mitchell and Holloway’s performances). Lost was characteristically confounding and complicated, but Juliet and Sawyer felt refreshingly relaxed.
[…]The impact of Juliet’s death is a testament to Mitchell’s wildly underrated performance in her three seasons as a main cast member. The actress had the difficult task of playing a woman who herself was playing both sides, of having to suggest ambivalence to the Island’s mysteries after being stuck there for years, of ultimately finding peaceful life on this island that had only brought her pain. While Terry O’Quinn and Michael Emerson were reaping Emmy awards, Mitchell remained unnominated until her guest stint on the finale.
But after all that Juliet had taken the audience through, both the personal and the metaphysical, her emotional end was all the more traumatic. It’s why all these years later, hers is the Lost death that lingers the most.

Hi everyone, one of you told us know that our twitter @LizMitchellFC has been filtered. Twitter did this to the entire account (tweets/media included) as if we posted sensitive contents. This has been happening since at least October 2018 and it means that everything we post (news, photos, quotes, videos) to promote Elizabeth and to share this sunshine with other people have been blocked by Twitter for NO reason. Beside our followers nobody can see us. So this is a huge damage to Liz and it’s not fair!
We are very sorry that we’ve just found out about it.
We run a search and we noticed that a lot of accounts (personal twitter accounts) have been censored for no reason as well. A lot of people didn’t even noticed that, but we’ve just found out today that what is happening is something called “shadow ban”.
The only way to see us (and other shadowbanned accounts) is to allow “sensitive contents” in search settings, but all the twitter accounts are set for not showing “sensitive contents” by default. For years they’ve posted porn on twitter (including in the “Elizabeth Mitchell” tag) and they created something to filter this kind of contents, but their system has obviously a huge bug.
We didn’t get a warning and our account is not suspended (which it would allow us to appeal) so we asked for an explanation. Beside telling us they do not censor anyone, they didn’t say or help in any way. We’ve been contacting them since last Friday, but they keep not responding.
Oh hey Liz, can you ask to the friend of your friend, who worked for the CIA, to help us fixing this? LOL!
New fans or simply people who want to look on twitter what Liz is up to, they can’t find us so it seems nobody cares about her. And we don’t want it to look that way. We have always been here and we care, so we created a new account @LizMitchellSite, please follow us there as well, we’ll keep trying to get help, since we don’t want to lose @LizMitchellFC. It has 10 years of history, memories, joy, our conversations with you guys… but in case they won’t fix this problem, we will probably need to move on and make @LizMitchellSite the main account.
Also allow “sensitive contents” in search to see us on @LizMitchellFC.
For those who want to find out if their own account has been shadow banned, log into another account, be sure your are NOT allowing “sensitive contents” and search @yourname. If you cannot find you among people, Twitter censured you.
