In the hope that Juliet Burke is not dead in ‘LOST’ season 6

It’s the question on everyone’s mind going into LOST season 6: did Juliet Burke die in the explosion of Jughead during the Incident.  Those last few moments of LOST season 6 raised more questions than any previous season finale, and among the loudest surround the fate of Juliet after those fateful moments.

Juliet’s journey began when Richard Alpert tricked Juliet into coming to the Island to work on helping the pregnant women of the Island bring their pregnancies to term.  Juliet had a miracle cure for infertility that allowed her sister to conceive, and the Others hoped that her success off the Island would bring her success on the Island (a hope that proved very empty when all was said and done).

Soon after the Others captured Jack, Kate, and Sawyer and brought them back to the Hydra station, Ben sent Juliet back with them to infiltrate and spy on the crash survivors (a plot device that LOST fans should be accustomed to by now), but Juliet ended up a turncoat on the Others and helped the crash survivors instead.

Flash forward to the time jumps, and Juliet ends up settling down in Dharma town with LOST‘s bad boy Sawyer (it seems this blonde was the only one who could really tame that tiger).  Her reign over Sawyer’s heart seemed to remain steadfast throughout season 5, but the bond may be broken if the detonation of Jughead marked the end of Juliet as a character on LOST.

So…here’s to hoping that Juliet returns in LOST season 6.

Another Spoilers about Juliet and Sawyer

I don’t even know why I keep posting stuff from Kristin. She annoys me so much.

juliet lafleur lost hq (8).JPGAlisa:Your Lost scoop has been really good lately, and I was hoping that you could answer one question. In the “Incident,” Juliet holds her stomach when talking to Bernard as if she were pregnant. Anyway Juliet could be pregnant with Sawyer’s baby?
I think you’re mistaking me for another site. I’ve been pretty mum on Lost (and let me tell you, this gag is messing up my lip gloss!), but I’m trying to make up for it a smidgen with The 12 Days of Lostmas. That said, there is no way that Juliet is pregnant now. You have my word.

Hero. Villain. Mom. | Interview with Elizabeth

It contains spoilers!

Dec.12, 2009, under TV Tales

She has creeped you out as Dr. Juliet Burke on Lost and enthralled you as FBI agent Erica Evans on V. And while for many she may be a newcomer to the television landscape, Elizabeth Mitchell has been making a name for herself on the small and big screens for the last sixteen years, including sharing the spotlight with Tim Allen in The Santa Clause 2 and 3. Lately she’s had her hands full juggling two major sci-fi series and raising a four year-old son. Taking a break from all of that, Mitchell spoke to ADD from her home in Bainbridge Island, Washington, touching upon everything from stardom to motherhood to the future of television viewing.

You have this knack lately for picking these shows that involve multiple storylines. And Lost’s season five finale left you with quite the cliffhanger.
Not dramatic or anything. It happens every day in my life.

Are you going to be able to handle this extra commuting between these two shows?
It hasn’t been a problem so far. I know at some point it might be, but it hasn’t so far.

LOST | 5 Reasons for buying Season 5: Elizabeth Mitchell

Lost: The Complete Fifth Season
Before all you non-Losties pass this entry by, I’ve got five reasons for you to buy Lost Season Five. 1. There’s time travel! It’s like Back to the Future, but on a tropical island. 2. Elizabeth Mitchell. If you enjoy staring into her sorrowful eyes every week on V, this season should fill the hiatus nicely. 3. The Dharma Initiative Orientation Kit looks kid of awesome, if you dig fancy boxed sets. 4. You can actually buy all five seasons at once, if you have a lot of free time coming up. 5. There isn’t really much else coming out this week, TV-wise. Either nobody else wanted to go up against the Lost juggernaut, or they all thought Christmas was getting a little too close for comfort.
